About Relaxation Techniques sessions
Angeliki has been working with relaxation techniques for many years, particularly in her work at the hospice. Here she did some research a few years ago that got published as an abstract for a poster presentation as part of the Hospice UK conference. With this she was able to show how relaxation and the relaxation response can help lessen symptoms of pain, stress, anxiety, shortness of breath, and enhance a sense of well-being. She has recorded some meditations and guided visualisations on her You Tube channel, but she also offers a one-to-one session to support you individually. This could be done either remotely or in person.
